Dear Hon. James:
We present our compliments and wish to again introduce to you our organization; Youth Network for Reform (YONER-LIBERIA) established February 4, 2008, in Harmon Field, Duport Road, Paynesville. (YONER-LIBERIA) is a non-governmental (NGO) and non-political organization, a charity that fosters and works with children and young people in Paynesville and the society at large. YONER-LIBERIA engages children and youth in positive, productive, and progressive activities in the City and the society through various positive initiatives. YONER-LIBERIA also aims to holistically address issues affecting their livelihood, to advance education, community development, develop skills and capacity of socially or economically disadvantaged children and young people to identify and help meet their needs to enable them participate fully in society.
YONER-LIBERIA is hosting a three (3) day youth interactive and engagement tournament which is expected to bring together 8 communities from within Paynesville City (4 kickball teams and 4 soccer teams) beginning Friday and ending Sunday, June-24-26, 2011. These matches will be played on the Police Academy Sports Pitch. The tournament is being held under the theme: “promoting the culture of tolerance by countering Post-Elections violence in Liberia.”
In view of the foregoing, we there inviting you as Special Guest to make a special remarks during the formal launching and opening of this all important youth interactive and engagement tournament. Your invitation is based on your relentless support towards the improvement and development of children and young people. Please be informed that cash prizes will be awarded to 1st, 2nd, & 3rd winners in both games and Certificate of Participation will be awarded to all participating community’s teams at the end of the 3 days tournament.
The formal opening program is expected to start at 1:00PM on Friday on the Police Academy Sports Pitch.

In view of the foregoing, we are kindly inviting your community to register a kickball team in order to partake in this all important sensitization awareness. Kickball teams are to register with the amount of L$200.00 and L$300.00 for soccer teams. Please be informed that cash prizes will be awarded to 1st, 2nd, & 3rd winners in both games and Certificate of Participation will be awarded to all participating community’s teams. We would like to meet with all participating teams upon our request any time next week. All teams are to be present on or before 12noon on Friday, June 24, 2011 for the formal opening and kickoff the tournament. Failure of any team to attend the formal opening will be disqualified to participate.
