Youth Network for Reform, Inc. (YONER-LIBERIA); founded on February 4, 208 and incorporated on August 20, 2010 is a Legal Youth Development NGO attending to the needs of children and youth from socially and economically marginalized groups through a number of innovative services to enhance the quality of life for underprivileged children and youth in Liberia, and Africa. YONER-LIBERIA is headquartered in Paynesville City, a suburb of Monrovia, Liberia’ capital. YONER-LIBERIA has a number of innovative strategies including local scholarships counseling/peer mentoring; academic enrichment programs, lecture series, innovative jobs creation and advocacy campaigns using social media and community outreach and social creational activities.
